1. Rules and Regulations  PDF (one per guest group)*
2. A Certificate of Commercial General Liability Insurance naming Stoney Creek Foundation AND Barrett Rouse as additional insured (minimum coverage = $1 million per occurrence). If you are having difficulty finding insurance, contact our office and we will be happy to assist you with this.
3. For each adult staff or volunteer with your group: 
    - written job description
    - sexual abuse and child molestation training (if your group does not have one, use ACA handout PDF and exam PDF)
    - character and integrity records
    - criminal background check
    - sex offender background check

5. Tentative schedule of your activities. This will help us to prepare for your group and offer some suggestions for improving your camping experience.

REQUIRED ONE (1) WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL:
1. Menu choices
2. Arrange for first aid personnel and life guards with first aid kits for both
3. Communicate number of persons anticipated in each cabin

REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL:
Once your group gets here, we strive to make your visit the most enjoyable camping experience you've ever had. Please have ready:

A detailed medical form from your group.

You will be billed for the balance of camp upon completion of your rental.
