Stoney
Creek Ranch offers facilities for youth retreats and camp-experiences
as well as environmental and outdoor education, class outings, sports
and more. In addition, when not being used for youth purposes, Stoney
Creek Ranch is available to adults and families for reunions, meetings,
workshops, and team building.
Reserving and Planning Your Event
1. A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to make and hold a
reservation. Your group's reservation will be put on the camp's calendar
when your deposit is received. Please mail to Pam Gray, Camp
Coordinator, 4815 Kirkwall Drive, Sugar Land, TX 77479.
Please understand that if you book your group for a weekend and cancel,
Stoney Creek is out revenue and, more importantly, another group is
unable to use the facility. So, please respect our limited availability.
2. All deposits will be held for potential damages and returned to the user net of any repair costs.
3. Before you arrive, make sure you've planned for adequate adult
leadership for your youth, communicated your group's meal order,
secured a first aid leader and arranged your lifeguard if using water
venues.
4. Groups of 40 or less may be required to share the facilities with other groups.
5. During the summer months, a 50 person minimum is in place.
6. Please support our efforts to "be green." Plan
to use cabins to capacity to conserve electricity, water, cleaning,
etc. Use of disposable plates and cups is reserved for lakeside
dining and your group's final meal.
ADDITIONALLY.......
Given our stated purpose of being a Christian youth camp, we limit the
reservation of adult groups and/or non-Christian groups to one (1) month
prior to requested date. For example, if your adult Sunday school class
would like to use the camp on October 21st, they could check
availability and/or make a reservation on or after September 22nd,
assuming the desired date is available.
You are always welcome to visit Stoney Creek Ranch for a tour.
