Preparing for Your Stay

A successful retreat requires careful pre-camp planning. Here are some lists to help plan your visit to Stoney Creek Ranch: 
LEADER CHECKLIST
CAMPER CHECKLIST

Please have several pre-camp meetings to familiarize your retreat leaders with their retreat responsibilities and the requirements of Stoney Creek Ranch. In addition to thoughtful preparation for programs, food service, transportation, recreation, activities, and cleanup, please emphasize each leader's role in emergency procedures and attention to the health and safety of your campers.
ARRIVAL PROTOCOL.

Arriving by bus?  BUS DRIVER INSTRUCTIONS

Your group is responsible for cleaning camp before your departure. DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF YOUR GROUP, PLEASE ALOT FROM 1 - 3 HOURS FOR CLEANUP JUST PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE!!! A list of jobs and expectations will be given to you upon your arrival.
DEPARTURE PROTOCOL

If excessive cleaning and/or repair(s) due to damage is required, your group will be assessed for the supplies and labor. 

If you choose to pay for cleaning services instead, a charge of $100 per 1-story cabin, $150 for the 2-story cabin and $250 for dining facility will be billed to you. Arrangements for the cleaning service MUST be made prior to your arrival.

Please call the Ranch to let us know if you are delayed enroute and unable to arrive when expected. Also, please notify Stoney Creek of any significant changes in number of campers.
